These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of LoanSide ("the Service"), operated by LoanSide ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
LoanSide is a subscription-based software tool that allows mortgage loan officers to generate side-by-side loan comparison reports for their clients. The Service calculates estimated payments, costs, and cash-to-close figures based on inputs provided by the user.
You must be at least 18 years old and a licensed or working mortgage professional to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting us. Cancellation stops future billing; you retain access through the end of your current billing period.
Because the Service is a digital subscription, fees are generally non-refundable. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at [email protected] within 30 days and we will review your request in good faith.
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to disrupt it, reverse-engineer it, resell it without authorization, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
LoanSide is a calculation and presentation tool for licensed professionals. All figures generated are estimates for informational and educational purposes only. The Service is not an advertisement for credit and is not a commitment to lend. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the inputs you provide and for compliance with all applicable lending laws and regulations, including disclosure requirements. LoanSide is not responsible for decisions made based on outputs from the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LoanSide shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the preceding twelve months.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
