LoanSide was founded by Raymond Rivera, Mortgage Loan Originator and Founder of LoanSide. Product information and educational copy are reviewed for clarity, practical workflow value, and consistency with the limits stated below.

How to use the numbers

Payments, cash-to-close figures, mortgage insurance, funding fees, rate scenarios, down-payment assistance information, and AI-generated drafts are educational estimates. They are not a credit decision, commitment to lend, legal or tax advice, or a substitute for the figures, disclosures, and approval process required by the lender and your organization.

Verify rates, fees, eligibility, program availability, and final figures in your approved systems before sharing or relying on them.
Review every AI-assisted draft and Marketplace Turbo result before use or publication.
Direct borrowers to a qualified loan officer, lender, housing counselor, or other appropriate professional for advice about their situation.
