Marketplace Turbo Help

VERSION 0.7.5

Install from Chrome Web Store →

The extension prepares a draft only. Always confirm the location, details, photo rights, fair-housing compliance, and platform requirements before publishing.

Sign in and verify access

  1. Open the LoanSide extension from Chrome’s Extensions menu.
  2. Sign in with the same email and password you use on LoanSide.
  3. Wait for the Access active or Trial active message before starting a transfer.

Your password is sent directly to LoanSide’s Supabase authentication service over HTTPS and is not stored by the extension. The authenticated session is kept locally in your Chrome profile until you sign out, clear the extension’s data, or uninstall it.

Prepare a listing

  1. In LoanSide Marketplace Turbo, paste a Zillow home-details link and optionally choose or add the realtor.
  2. Select Create code & open Turbo. Zillow opens and the extension continues automatically.
  3. Review the detected address, facts, and photo count.
  4. Wait for the Facebook fields and photos to finish loading, then review everything manually.
  5. After publishing, return to the LoanSide tracker to save the live Facebook link and status.

You can still use the original popup workflow: open a Zillow home-details page, select Read this property, review the details and defaults, then select Open Facebook and prepare draft.

If access is locked

If the extension cannot read Zillow

If Facebook is blank or incomplete

Wrong or old photos

The extension clears its previous saved transfer and attempts to remove photos restored from Facebook’s current draft. If old photos remain, close the unfinished Facebook listing, reopen the exact Zillow property, and start again. Never publish until every photo is verified.
